AZO dyestuff and the environment : All textile materials are produced in compliance with the directive restricting the use of AZO colorants in textiles, and meet the Eco-Tex standard.
Reactive dyes and shrinkage : All the fabrics, including vintage processed garments, are pre-shrunk and reactive dyed to minimize secondary shrinkage, to discharge printing and to ensure colorfastness.
Laboratory testing : All fabrics batches are tested for fiber composition, specific weight, dimensional stability and colorfastness.
Printing and Decorating : All the fabrics are made exclusively with combed cotton and the finest man-made fibers, and engineered with a fine gauge tight knit to provide the perfect surface for printing and decorating.
Advance wash processing : Enzyme, Stone, Acid, Vintage etc.
Additional services : Pattern development, sampling and proto-sampling, Printed and woven labels manufacturing, Barcode, price ticket and hangtag manufacturing, Packing etc., in a single short sourcing of all piece goods |
